Rhianon was introduced to veterinary medicine while in high school, as an after-school kennel attendant in 1997. She worked as a veterinary assistant until she graduated from St. Petersburg College with an A.S. in Veterinary Technology in 2008. She then obtained her C.V.T. license from the FVMA and AAVSB. She continued to work as a CVT in Florida until 2013. In 2013 she joined the staff at Red Hills Animal Hospital. She maintains her licensing credentials through the FVMA.
